Is Citi still planning a reverse stock split?

There has been little information since March on a possible reverse spilt. Does anyone have any more info?Is Citi still planning a reverse stock split?
Yes, they've already notified all the shareholders and performed a vote. There will be a reverse stock split before June 30, 2010.Is Citi still planning a reverse stock split?
Yes.





The street's consensus opinion is that they will seek approval for authorization and engineer a reverse split before the end of 2010.





However, ss of Friday, no formal moves have been made to do so.
