i want to make my highschool cheer team. a heel stretch may be needed. i will need to stand on my right foot and lift my left up. do i need to know how to do a split to do a heel stretch? what are stretches for splits and heel stretches and scorpions?? please help!Do you need to know how to do a split to do a heel stretch?
splits could really help for your heel stretches but for scorpions the best thing to do to help master them is backbends because scorpions require alot of back flexibility and flexibility period.to make the cheer team you usually have to master a dance and a cheer. jumps are also a big part of judging the toe touch is a big one so try to master that tumbling they may also ask you to perform backhandsprings and ect
ps to improve heel stretches but leg on a wal and bend forward to help flexibility in leg good luck!!!:)
