the truth is you should cut them. If you keep your damaged ends it willll keep your hair from growing long and healthy. Why? because the ends can keep splitting up the hairs....therefor breaking them. So its better to keep trimming your hair so it can grow better and healthier.

There's no way to repair split ends with a cream without cutting them. Creams more prevent split ends than they do repair them, you'll have to go and get your hair not cut but trimmed at the least go in and tell them you're wanting to grow your hair longer and that you'd like the least amount possible to be cut. Your hair grows longer once the split ends are gone because your hair isn't using the energy to mend the split ends, it's using the energy to grow. Hope this helps!
Giving your hair a slight trim, maybe half an inch, would help and makes your hair grow longer and healthier.
