What are some good stretches to do to learn to do the splits?

any stretch that you can feel through your legs is great


also you calves need stretching


so sitting down and reaching for your toes is good but the main thing people dont to


is stretching every day


and stretching for a long enough amount of time


like if you do each stretch 3 times for 30 seconds alternating once a day


then you will be able to do the splits


dont hurt yourself though


only go as far as your body will let you


because if you stretch too far and hurt yourself then its undoing all the work you already did plus a little bit moreWhat are some good stretches to do to learn to do the splits?

Get in the hurdler position and try to touch your head to your knee. Then switch sides.
