I just read something about how important when you eat is and how you shouldnt skip meals to have one big meal (which is what I always do!)
So when should I eat.
I eat 1200 calories a day.
So
Breakfast
Lunch 10:30
Track Practice 3:00-4:00
Run at home 5:00-6:00
Dinner
When should I eat? How should I split up my 1200 calories?I have no idea WHEN I should eat? How should I split up my 1200 calories?
For me, I eat a granola bar at 8:00 am,
a bag of chips at 9:00 am,
a sandwich at 10:00 am,
then I do not eat until 3:30 pm, which is when I have my dinner.
Then I take a nap from 4:30-6:00pm.
I wake up and eat a small snack, then another one at 7:00pm, then usually another one at 8:00pm.
I go to bed at 12:30 or 1:00am, and the day is over.
This works for me, but I doubt it works for most; I'm 5'1'; and 101 lbs.I have no idea WHEN I should eat? How should I split up my 1200 calories?
Eat every like 2-3 hours.
Whether is is a 180 calorie sandwich, 100 calories of grapes and baby carrots, half a bag of oil free popcorn... like 95 calories.. a good protein bar 180 calories... just eat... morning... then wait 2 hours then eat, then eat after 3 hours, then eat after 3 hours.. then you are done.. so 4 small meals... maybe 2 snacks... of like sugar free jello and some carrots.. they are sooo good! the baby carrots and filling..
