For people who know about and can to do the splits?

Is it true that you can get your splits in two weeks or less if you stretch, and all that stuff you have to do to achieve them, everyday? I'm just wondering because i'm working on my splits and i've heard that from a few people. I know it varies and stuff, if your naturally flexible etc etc, but i just wanted to know about that.For people who know about and can to do the splits?
IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT MEN CANT DO SPLITS.For people who know about and can to do the splits?
I myself am naturally flexable but I use to take Kung fu with people who has to work to gain it and they always told me the key is to push, I literally saw my sensai pushing someone who was doing a partial split (not forcefully but lightly to push them to their limit) because the only way to get to that point is to push little by little. Its like a hard peiece of metal, if you try and bend it it takes a while to do but after that first bend it starts to give and it becomes easier to do. Your joints are stiff and they need to be loose and flexable
I started doing the splits in kindergarden and it took me a month to go all the way down. But if you do the splits and don't do them again after about a week. It is hard to do them again.

get into your splits as low as you can go


right before it starts to hurt.


then push your self till your about to cry.


then fall to your side %26amp; do the other 2 splits.

every other day.

i stretched everyday for a week, and i was able to do the splits. I then didn;t stretch again for ages and i wasn' able to do them again :(!


Aslong as you keep on stretching, it gets v.easy
