How do you get your splits?

In just two weeks my cheer team, The Redskins, have a huge competition and we really need to get first. In our competition cheer, we do switch spilts, and we ALL have to get them down. Unfortunetely, mine aren't down yet, so I despretley need some help.





We only have two weeks, and I'm pretty far down, but I really need some good tips and advice. Yes, i have been sitting in my splits, but it hasn't really been helping.





Any advice?How do you get your splits?
Theres no special way, just keep doing those pikes and stretch really far, keep doing straddles and all that stuff. Keep sitting in them like youve been doing and do those stretches for probably 15 minutes each night then hold your splits for 20 minutes every night.





I got mine in about 6 days when i was super close! [I was about 2-3 inches off the ground.]How do you get your splits?
try to split ,in the morning (after wake up) and before going to sleep or in the afternoon (where suitable pants)
