EX: 100GB into 75/25 or 50/50How do I split my Hard drive into 2 different hard drives with my OS already on?
Partition magic. There is only one feasible reason to do this though and that is you want to add a second op sys. If this isnt the case dont waste your time.How do I split my Hard drive into 2 different hard drives with my OS already on?
There are lots of disk partitioning tools. The following URL is from a search for 'partition' at download.com.

Partition Magic. I've done this tons of times. It works. Just take care about the file system you are using. If your HDD is formatted using NTFS, there's no problem. If it's in FAT32 I suggest you to convert it to NTFS, you can do that using the same Partition Magic, this is because when you make a new partition and your file system is FAT32 you can make a mistake with the new partition formatting it using NTFS and you won't be able to mount it in FAT32.
Regards.
Partition Magic does the job without losing any file.
i would suggest an axe
Use third party softwares like partition magic; they partition the hard drive with the OS on, once you use the software it will ask for the size of partition to make or resize..you can enter the needed details..and partition the hard disk;
else if you really want it then it is better to back up the data and partition it with Fdisk utility; by booting the system with bootable disk; but it will delete all the data and you will have to reinstall the os..
Right click my computer
Manage/Disc management.
It's all there but I don't think you can do it.
by dividing it into some GB
you could try to use partition magic... try it... see if it works... :)
